• Account information: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
• Billing information: your plan and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never store your full card number.
• Service activity: the requests you send to ChatContact through ChatGPT (for example, the names, companies or roles of the people you look up), the results we return, and your credit usage.
• Website and device data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and ad-click identifiers, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: the messages you send us, for example when you contact support.

To provide results, we process business contact information about professionals, such as name, job title, company, work email address and phone numbers. This information comes from third-party data providers and publicly available sources. We use it only to return results to our users for legitimate business outreach.

If you'd like your information removed from our results, email support@tryanyra.com. We'll delete it and keep a record so it isn't returned again.

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and whether our ads lead to signups. These services use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information about your visit.

When you sign up, we may share a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address with Google to measure ad conversions. We also use a cookie to remember your language preference.

• OpenAI: when you use ChatContact inside ChatGPT, your requests and our results pass through ChatGPT and are also subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ChatContact, our users or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with this policy continuing to apply.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@tryanyra.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

The Service is for business use and isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know by email or on the website.
